UK Stairs App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to UK Stairs App and related UK Stairs business tools.

UK Stairs App is operated by UK Stairs, a trading name of Creative Castings.

Purpose of the app

UK Stairs App supports the management of staircase enquiries, quotations, projects, drawings, suppliers, invoices, internal workflows and approved business content.

Access

Access is restricted to authorised users only. You must not access or attempt to access UK Stairs App unless UK Stairs has authorised you to do so.

User responsibilities

Users must keep login details secure, use the app only for legitimate UK Stairs business purposes, and must not misuse the system.

Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, upload harmful files, extract data without permission, or use the app in breach of any law or third-party platform terms.

Third-party platforms

Where UK Stairs App connects to TikTok or another third-party platform, users must only connect accounts they are authorised to manage.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.

UK Stairs App is not part of TikTok and is not endorsed by TikTok. TikTok names, marks and services belong to their respective owner.

Service access

We may update, restrict, suspend or remove access to UK Stairs App where needed for security, maintenance, misuse, legal compliance or business reasons.
