Consultation and Design

We begin by learning about your property, preferred staircase style and practical requirements. You may already have architectural plans, reference images or a clear idea of the finish you want.

Our team reviews this information and discusses the most suitable options. We consider layout, structure, materials and balustrade details at an early stage, as these choices can affect both the appearance and construction of bespoke staircases.

This initial planning also helps identify any measurements, structural work or site details that need further attention.

3D Visualisation and Drawing Review

It can be difficult to judge the proportions of a staircase from basic dimensions alone.

Where appropriate, we provide 3D visualisation to help you understand how the proposed design will look within the space.

Staircase Manufacture

Once the drawings have been approved, your staircase moves into manufacture. We use materials selected for their appearance, structural suitability and long-term performance.

Our team follows the agreed design throughout fabrication. We check important dimensions, joints and finishing details before the staircase leaves our workshop.

Because bespoke staircases are made specifically for each project, careful preparation at this stage supports a smoother installation and a higher-quality finished result.

Installation

We install bespoke staircases throughout the UK and coordinate the work with homeowners, builders and other site teams. Before delivery, we consider access, installation sequencing and the condition of the surrounding space.

The site must be ready for fitting, with the required openings, floor levels and structural supports in place. Clear communication helps prevent avoidable delays and allows the installation team to work safely and efficiently.

If your builder is completing part or all of the installation, we can provide technical guidance to support an accurate and secure finish.
