An external staircase should be safe, durable and good-looking. However, traditional cast treads and decking plates limit choice, come in few sizes and often lead to long lead times and high costs. Instead, UK Stairs offers an external staircase system that is versatile in design, shape and size, without sacrificing strength or style.

Firstly, we utilise standardised components modelled in dedicated CAD software. Then our laser-cutting process delivers precise stringers, brackets and plates for rapid assembly. Stairs arrive ready to assemble: simply weld the tread end plates and join the two string halves. As a result, your external staircase goes from concept to installation faster and with consistent quality.

In addition, choose steel or timber treads, non-slip finishes and galvanised or powder-coated protection for year-round performance. We also provide glass or vertical-bar balustrades to meet UK Building Regulations.

Our team brings 40+ years of experience in the design, manufacture and delivery of bespoke staircases. If you prefer, we can supply components only for your fabricator, or we can design, survey, visualise and install the complete external staircase. Before manufacture, we share 3D visualisations following a site survey, so details are agreed and clear.
