Yes. Late payments may accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate. Storage or re-delivery may be charged if the site is not ready.

Three routes: Partial Installation (most jobs), Full Installation, or DIY with our six easy-fit designs. Partial keeps costs down; we fit critical items and your builder does the simple finishes. Full means we handle everything on site.

Clear, safe work area with power, lighting, welfare, and safe platforms. Scaffolds/edge protection/lifting gear by others unless stated. Protect finished floors. Do not use the staircase for general access until we confirm it is safe.

Tell us in writing about cables or pipes near fixings. We may use tools outside to reduce dust, so please make space.

Yes—for our six easy-fit designs. No special tools or welding. You get installation drawings, a fixings list, and phone support. 

We manufacture according to the latest approved drawings and follow relevant standards for the intended use. You handle Planning/Building Control approvals.

As standard: 1.5 kN/m² on treads/landings and 0.36 kN/m line load at the handrail/top of balustrade. Tell us if you need higher loads (public/external).

You/your engineer. Our design covers the goods we supply; the structure and fixings must resist the stated loads.

A survey with safe access and clear datums, then your written drawing approval. Changes after approval may affect price and dates.
